Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO leads the Chamber’s programs, staff, partnerships, advocacy efforts, and daily operations, while advancing its mission to support business growth, enhance quality of life, and serve as the voice of business in Santa Monica. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen member engagement, support local businesses, build partnerships, advance economic vitality, and position the Chamber for long-term success. The ideal candidate brings experience in nonprofit, chamber, business, economic development, public-sector, or related organizational leadership, along with strong active listening, consensus-building, diplomacy, relationship development, and the ability to inspire trust across diverse stakeholders.
