Creative Steps, an Adult Community Integration Program, provides a supportive, safe, enriching environment where adults with disabilities can achieve their full potential as valued contributing members of their community. A major focus of our program is placing clients in meaningful employment positions where they can contribute and grow. Our Paid Internship Program allows clients to learn tasks and demonstrate their abilities on the job. We pay and insure the intern, giving the employer a chance to asses them without risk. It’s a great pathway for clients to secure employment and for employers to diversify their workforce.
